Ceramic Cafe is the perfect place to host your next group event. We have a semi private party room that seats up to 30 children or up to 24 adults. Groups can also reserve the entire studio for larger after hours events. Birthday parties, family gatherings, scout meetings, bridal showers, corporate team building or office parties, sports team celebrations, day care field trips — any group looking for some creative fun is welcome! A nonrefundable (no-show) deposit of $25 is required to reserve the Party Room. This will then be credited to the final price of your pieces.
Food, drinks, small decorations and alcohol (21 and over) are welcome in the studio. Left over alcohol containers must be taken with you after your celebration is concluded.
Items are kept in the studio after the party to fire in our kiln. A promise date of 10 days from painting is typically given at the time of checkout. Holiday seasons may alter promise dates. It is preferred the host pick up all items painted at the party and distribute to other painters.
Team Building
We welcome adult team-building activities at our studio! Start with an engaging icebreaker to warm up everyone’s thought processes, followed by one of four dynamic activities designed to strengthen your team’s collaboration:
1. Start and Pass: This activity fosters teamwork and resilience, helping participants navigate unexpected challenges in a business setting.
2. The Initial Mug: Each team member receives a personalized mug featuring affirmations from their peers, promoting positivity and connection.
3. Group Design: This exercise showcases the team’s cohesion and collective creativity, highlighting the power of collaboration.
4. Interview: Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about one another, using this knowledge to create a personalized gift for a fellow team member.

Birthday parties
Celebrate your child’s birthday at Ceramic Cafe. All parties are scheduled for one-and-a-half hours, giving you time to paint your fun ceramic pieces, open presents then serve cake and ice cream. We have four different packages for kids parties.
Birthday party pricing is for kids and their guests 18 or younger. Party packages require a minimum of 12 painters for special party pricing. With a minimum number of painters parties receive a 10% discount on all pieces painted during the party.
It is recommended that party hosts come into the studio three weeks prior to reservation, to reserve items they think their guests would like to paint.
GLASS and CLAY parties are also available. Call us for more details!
A $25 non-refundable (no-show) deposit for the Party Room is due at booking. You receive this back as a discount at the conclusion and payment for your items.
Pudgy Party Package: $249 – $23 regularly ($20.75 with discount) per painted piece. Choose from our fun chunky animal banks like a frog, elephant, cat, dog, hedgehog and more! This package also includes the option of a party bowl (food safe). In addition, receive a custom, artist painted, cupcake birthday party plate included in the price of this package! Designed with your child’s favorite colors and available at the time of your party (with 2 weeks advanced reservation).
Party Animals: $226. – $21 regularly ($18.75 with discount) per painted piece. Pottery choices include a party plate or mug and lots of fun “party animals” and figurines. These happy little figurines are sure to make everyone smile. Options may include items like princes, cats, dogs, axalotl, horse, dragons, T-‘Rex and many more!
BEST DEAL!!
Letter Party Plate: $195 – $21 regularly ($16.50 with discount) per painted piece. Each child receives a party plate with a sticker of their first initial placed in the center of the plate. The creator paints the entire place and the sticker is removed, revealing their special letter! This package is great for larger parties or younger children. Plates are food safe!

Ornament Parties – $144
Reserve our Party Room to paint your favorite FLAT ORNAMENTS starting at $144 for 12 pieces painted. New items added each year! A minimum of 12 or more painters. $12 each for flat ornaments. Come in before your party to choose and reserve your desired ornaments. A $25 non-refundable (no show) deposit for the Party Room is due at booking. You receive this back as a discount at the conclusion and payment for your items. 3D ornaments available, priced separately with a 10% discount with your party.
Grown-up gatherings
Be creative and enjoy socializing with your friends and/or coworkers while painting pottery. Ceramic Cafe is the perfect place for your next bridal shower or bachelorette party, ladies night out, corporate team building event or adult birthday celebration. Schedule our private party room for several hours or more, bring food and beverages and let your creative juices flow. We allow alcohol for painters 21 and over.
Groups of 12 or more painters required to reserve the Party Room and save 10% per item over $23.
$25 non-refundable (no show) deposit is due at booking. This deposit will be discounted from your purchase at the end of your party.
After Hours Party
Looking to keep the party going after hours? While we may close for the night, you can still celebrate with us! Just chat with a staff member to schedule your private After Hours event. Bring your family and friends, and choose from one of our packages or go a la carte. Please note, a minimum guaranteed sale of $400 is required for these events. Let’s make it a night to remember!
Schools and non-profits
We want everyone to be able to enjoy painting pottery, so we offer special pricing for non-profit organizations and school field trips. Choose either a salad plate or a mug to paint. Groups of eight to 20 painters pay just $18 per painter. Groups with more than 20 people pay just $16 per painter. Ornaments start at $12.75 or ask about our Family Time Kits. Scouts can qualify for this special pricing too, or they can benefit from our birthday party pricing if they would like to choose items other than a plate or mug to paint. Earn a badge with your visit and introduction of the kiln process.
Summer Camp Groups
Load your bus and come to our studio. Enjoy painting a mug or plate for only $14 each. While you’re here you’ll get to use the Special Techniques to decorate your piece.
Daycares and preschools
We come visit your location. A plate with a child’s handprint or footprint on it is a special keepsake. We come to you and do all the work! Great any time of year, but the plates and mugs make an especially nice gift for the Holidays or Mother’s Day. Only $13 per child. A $25 transportation charge is added if you have less than 30 kids creating a plate.
Off-site painting
Adults
Can’t bring your group to Ceramic Cafe? We can bring the fun to you! We can bring all the paint and supplies to your location and then deliver the pottery (or glass creations) to you after they have been fired in the kiln. Pricing is determined based on an individual event basis. Perfect for your Sunday school class or MOPS group.
Community Events
Add a fun activity to your holiday event, corporate celebration or carnival. We’ll bring all the supplies and the ceramics that you request. Your guests will enjoy painting an item of their choosing. We’ll take the pieces back to be fired and return them to you if you can’t pick up. Call for more information or see our Fundraising page to earn a little money for your organization.
